The Leslie Spit

The Leslie Street Spit is a place that has fascinated me for many years. Human made from rubble it embodies the spirit of the age as an artificial landscape. The Leslie Street Spit is a paradox. Nature and waste land. I have been documenting this strange place for over 7 years and continue to visit every year. These photographs are part of an ongoing publication and my research on human made landscapes.
